What this website collects
- No cookies are set by this site. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- No analytics or tag-manager vendor is loaded. The site’s code has a single seam where analytics could be added later; it is not wired to any provider in this build.
- No third-party scripts, chat widgets, advertising pixels, embedded videos or social plugins are loaded.
- No fonts, stylesheets or images are fetched from a third-party CDN. Everything the page needs is served from this site, so no other company learns you visited.
- Your browser’s local storage is not used.
Server logs
- Whoever hosts this site will keep ordinary web-server logs: the request, the time, the response status, your IP address and your user-agent string. These are a normal part of operating a website and of defending it against abuse.
- They are not combined with anything else, not used to profile you, and not shared for advertising.
If you contact us
- The demo form sends what you type to this website’s own server. It is stored there so that a person on our team reads it and replies, and it is passed to no one else. It is not sent to any advertising, analytics or marketing service, and submitting it sets no cookie.
- Your IP address is used, in memory only, to limit how many requests one connection can send in a few minutes. It is not stored with your request.
- Whether you use the form or email us, we hold what you send in order to prepare for and hold that conversation: your name, your company, your contact details and what you told us about your factory. We use it for nothing else. No newsletter, no marketing list, no sale, and no sharing with third parties.
- We keep enquiries for as long as the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards, and we delete them on request.
Data inside the product
- WK-Factory is multi-tenant: one deployment serves several factories, and each factory’s data is scoped to its own tenant. That scoping is enforced in every query and verified by automated checks, not by manual review.
- A customer’s production, inventory, cost, employee and customer data belongs to that customer. It is processed on their instructions, under their agreement with us.
- This website has no access to any of it. It has no database driver, no API client and no credentials. Every number shown inside a screenshot-style mock-up on this site is sample data written for the website, and is labelled as such on the page.
- The database is backed up automatically every six hours and before any update that changes it, and each of those automatic backup files is encrypted. A backup holds the whole platform’s database — every customer’s records together, not one customer’s — so restoring one is done by us, for the whole system.
Your rights
- For information you sent us directly: you can ask what we hold, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted.
- For data held inside the product on your employer’s behalf: your employer is the controller of it, so those requests go to them. We will support them in answering you.

Changes
If this site ever adds analytics, a chat widget or an external font source, or sends what you type into its form anywhere other than our own server and team, this notice will be updated in the same change — the sentences above name each of those specifically so it cannot be added quietly.
